Our Grand Beach Resort condo is located across the street and just steps from pristine beaches lining the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Guests can kick back and enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from private balconies without ever leaving your Condo.

We enjoy Gulf-front outdoor pool for swimming or sunbathing, a hot tub for soothing your muscles and a grilling area. Convenient proximity to shopping, dining, amusement parks and even a nearby zoo. State pier located within walking distance.

Anglers will certainly want to take advantage of the fact that Grand Beach is directly across the street from the State Park fishing pier, where you can try your hand at catching dinner!

If you don’t follow the house rules or if there is any damage it will result in a loss of your security deposit. This is a NO SMOKING Unit • No grilling or open flame allowed on balconies, walkways or in the parking lot • Use the BBQ area and clean up any charcoal and debris. • Please use caution when entering and exiting parking area; do not speed through these areas. • No loud radios/music is to be played from cars parked in the lot, from units or in the pool area. Be respectful of rights of others for quiet and peaceful vacation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am. • Smokers, please dispose of butts properly. No smoking on the pool deck • No oversized vehicles, RV’s, or work trailers are to be parked in the lot building parking. Do not block vehicles unless you are with the same party of people. Do not block stairwells with vehicles. • Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Keep your pool area tidy & trash free! Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. No glass containers allowed on the pool deck or around the pool. • Do not hang towels, bathing suits, etc. over railings • Dispose of all trash in the garbage dumpster in rear parking lot • Return all luggage carts to the ground floor after use. • Security issues – Coastal Security 251-981-9955. • Gulf Shores Police Department – non emergency 251-968-2431 • Emergency 911 • For lock-outs Please contact Jay Kollmansberger 414-526-7858

The beautiful decorated 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo has a private balcony to enjoy the Alabama beach views. Enjoy a short walk to the sandy white beaches and the fishing pier in the Gulf State Park. First bedroom has a queen bed and new flat screen TV, 1.5 bathrooms, bunk area, fully equipped kitchen, living area with sleeper sofa and 60″ flat screen TV. Loft has queen bed and flat screen TV.
