The Gulf Shores has plenty of activities for everyone from ocean & beach activities, nearby amusement parks, dolphin and whale spotting tours. The beach features many opportunities to experience thrilling ocean activities such as hang gliding, scuba diving, and etc.. There are many nature trails (for walking and biking) freshwater and saltwater (State Park Pier, beach or charters) fishing opportunities, beach volleyball set-ups, and more. There’s also a wonderful public zoo that allows animal encounters where you are able to pet and play with exotic animals such as kangaroos.

Luxurious beachfront condo with beautiful view. Four Seasons 302E has only 4 units per floor. Nine people can sleep as there are 3 large bedrooms each with a private bath. A huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor and heated indoor pool, workout room and sauna.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker. Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen has front load washer and dryer. Dining table seats 6 plus 3 stools at kitchen counter. Or choose to eat at the table for two in front of the wall of windows that provide views of the beach, ocean, and pier.

Spacious living area overlooks the beach and ocean, plus has doors to the the balcony. Two bedrooms have flat screen tv’s. There is also a wet bar with ice maker.

Large patio doors from the den and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private wrap-around balcony with sunrise AND sunset views of the Gulf and white sand beach.

Master bedroom has a California King bed with flat screen tv, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands and large patio door that leads out to the balcony. The two large closets provide ample storage. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and two sinks.

One spacious guest bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with shower and patio doors that lead to the balcony.

The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with flat screen tv and views of the beach. This bedroom features a private bath with shower/tub combo and large vanity. (By Oct. 1, 2016 there will be an addition of bunk beds with double on bottom, twin on top, and trundle underneath to enable this room to sleep 6.)

Amenities of the complex include 24 security, large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness room with new flat screen tv and sauna. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit but is limited to one vehicle per unit during the weeks surrounding Fourth of July.

The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico (the only private fishing pier in the state of Alabama) with 3 shaded rest areas. Seating lines both sides of the pier faces East and West to fish or watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset plus dolphins are observed daily just beyond the pier. There are also areas to clean and care for the “latest catch”. In the evenings, the pier has lights shining into the water to observe the sea life or to night fish.

Each unit is allotted 2 parking spots with a fee of $50 per car (except week of Fourth of July & week of Memorial Day in May – only 1 spot per unit)
