Westwind condominium is a 30 unit complex located directly on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests just love this smaller less crowded complex at Westwind. BBQ grills are available, pool is clean, and tables and chairs in the pool area are available as well. Gulf Shores has lots of restaurants in the area, from fast food to casual dining. Live entertainment is nearby from the Hangout to Flora-Bama. Lots of things to see and do.
Gulf shores is a great place to enjoy the beach, music, sight seeing and food.

Beach front access is just a few steps from your condo. Westwind has an outdoor pool and 2 BBQ grills available for all guests. And access to a washer and dryer inside your unit.

We have a keypad entry for your convenience. Your parking pass is included with your booking and located on the counter inside your unit. You may purchase a second parking pass if needed. Please Bring your own beach towels. Guests with longer stays should bring laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, and additional toilet paper. There are 2 beach chairs located in the closet and beach toys for the kids, which are located under the bunk beds. You’ll also have the option to rent chase loungers and umbrellas from the vendors on the beach. Extra bedding for the sofa sleeper is located underneath the queen bed in the bedroom.

The kitchen and bathroom was recently remodeled and include all new appliances! The Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster and blender. This unit has a large wood deck overlooking the pool and beach front. The deck has plenty of room for dining and entertaining. Plus you’ll enjoy watching the dolphins from your deck as well.


Beach front access is just a few steps away from your condo. Gulf Village has two pools, the Little Lagoon, BBQ grills, and a coin operated laundry room located on site.

Luxurious beachfront condo with beautiful view. Four Seasons 302E has only 4 units per floor. Nine people can sleep as there are 3 large bedrooms each with a private bath. A huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor and heated indoor pool, workout room and sauna.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker. Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen has front load washer and dryer. Dining table seats 6 plus 3 stools at kitchen counter. Or choose to eat at the table for two in front of the wall of windows that provide views of the beach, ocean, and pier.

Spacious living area overlooks the beach and ocean, plus has doors to the the balcony. Two bedrooms have flat screen tv’s. There is also a wet bar with ice maker.

Large patio doors from the den and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private wrap-around balcony with sunrise AND sunset views of the Gulf and white sand beach.

Master bedroom has a California King bed with flat screen tv, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands and large patio door that leads out to the balcony. The two large closets provide ample storage. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and two sinks.

One spacious guest bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with shower and patio doors that lead to the balcony.

The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with flat screen tv and views of the beach. This bedroom features a private bath with shower/tub combo and large vanity. (By Oct. 1, 2016 there will be an addition of bunk beds with double on bottom, twin on top, and trundle underneath to enable this room to sleep 6.)

Amenities of the complex include 24 security, large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness room with new flat screen tv and sauna. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit but is limited to one vehicle per unit during the weeks surrounding Fourth of July.

The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico (the only private fishing pier in the state of Alabama) with 3 shaded rest areas. Seating lines both sides of the pier faces East and West to fish or watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset plus dolphins are observed daily just beyond the pier. There are also areas to clean and care for the “latest catch”. In the evenings, the pier has lights shining into the water to observe the sea life or to night fish.

Parking

Each unit is allotted 2 parking spots with a fee of $50 per car (except week of Fourth of July & week of Memorial Day in May – only 1 spot per unit)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
