You can take a short walk to the Hangout or Pink Pony to the west or you can walk to the East where you can Fish or just take a leisurely walk on the State Pier. There are many fun things to do right in the area, no need to fight traffic to enjoy restaurants and shopping. There is a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddy pool, and workout room.

House Rules If you don’t follow the house rules or if there is any damage it will result in a loss of your security deposit. This is a NO SMOKING UNIT  No grilling or open flame allowed on balconies, walkways or in the parking lot  Use the BBQ area and clean up any charcoal and debris.  Please use caution when entering and exiting parking area; do not speed through these areas.  No loud radios/music is to be played from cars parked in the lot, from units or in the pool area. Be respectful of rights of others for quiet and peaceful vacation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am.  Smokers, please dispose of butts properly. No smoking on the pool deck  No oversized vehicles, RV’s, or work trailers are to be parked in the lot or under the building parking. Do not block vehicles unless you are with the same party of people. Do not block stairwells with vehicles.  Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Four Seasons 302 E, Orange Beach, AL

Luxurious beachfront condo with beautiful view. Four Seasons 302E has only 4 units per floor. Nine people can sleep as there are 3 large bedrooms each with a private bath. A huge wrap around balcony, private pier, outdoor and heated indoor pool, workout room and sauna.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker. Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen has front load washer and dryer. Dining table seats 6 plus 3 stools at kitchen counter. Or choose to eat at the table for two in front of the wall of windows that provide views of the beach, ocean, and pier.

Spacious living area overlooks the beach and ocean, plus has doors to the the balcony. Two bedrooms have flat screen tv’s. There is also a wet bar with ice maker.

Large patio doors from the den and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private wrap-around balcony with sunrise AND sunset views of the Gulf and white sand beach.

Master bedroom has a California King bed with flat screen tv, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands and large patio door that leads out to the balcony. The two large closets provide ample storage. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and two sinks.

One spacious guest bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with shower and patio doors that lead to the balcony.

The third bedroom features 2 twin beds with flat screen tv and views of the beach. This bedroom features a private bath with shower/tub combo and large vanity. (By Oct. 1, 2016 there will be an addition of bunk beds with double on bottom, twin on top, and trundle underneath to enable this room to sleep 6.)

Amenities of the complex include 24 security, large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness room with new flat screen tv and sauna. Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit but is limited to one vehicle per unit during the weeks surrounding Fourth of July.

The most outstanding feature is the private fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico (the only private fishing pier in the state of Alabama) with 3 shaded rest areas. Seating lines both sides of the pier faces East and West to fish or watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset plus dolphins are observed daily just beyond the pier. There are also areas to clean and care for the “latest catch”. In the evenings, the pier has lights shining into the water to observe the sea life or to night fish.

Parking

Each unit is allotted 2 parking spots with a fee of $50 per car (except week of Fourth of July & week of Memorial Day in May – only 1 spot per unit)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Anglers will certainly want to take advantage of the fact that Grand Beach is directly across the street from the State Park fishing pier, where you can try your hand at catching dinner!
