Amenity: Paid parking on premises

PLEASE NOTE: Any damage to the unit or not following the house rules will result in a loss of your security deposit. This is a NO SMOKING Unit  No grilling or open flame allowed on balconies, walkways or in the parking lot  When using the BBQ area and clean up any charcoal and debris after use.  Please use caution when entering and exiting parking area; do not speed through these areas.  No loud radios/music is to be played from cars parked in the lot, from units or in the pool area. Be respectful of rights of others for quiet and peaceful vacation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am.  Smokers, please dispose of butts properly. No smoking on the pool deck  No oversized vehicles, RV’s, or work trailers are to be parked in the lot or under the building parking. Do not block vehicles unless you are with the same party of people. Do not block stairwells with vehicles.  Spaces that are marked by cones are Reserved for Boardwalk owners and rental guests only. If the main lot is full there is additional parking across the street. Sea-N-Suds parking is across the street.  Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Keep your pool area tidy & trash free! Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. No glass containers allowed on the pool deck or around the pool.  Do not hang towels, bathing suits, etc. over balcony railings  Dispose of all trash in the garbage chutes located on the East end of the building on every floor.  No luggage carts allowed in unit. Return all luggage carts to the ground floor after use.  Security issues – Coastal Security 251-981-9955.  Gulf Shores Police Department – non emergency 251-968-2431  Emergency 911  For lock-outs Please contact Jay Kollmansberger 414-526-7858 CHECK OUT REQUIREMENTS: Below is a list of check-out procedures that need to be followed in order to receive your security deposit back. • Take out all trash • Dishes : Please load the dishwasher and run the cycle before you leave, do not leave any dirty dishes • Empty all items from the refrigerator and all food from the pantry • Please leave used towels in bathrooms and linens on beds • During your stay, if you need to launder towels or linens, please make to launder colored items separate from whites • Please do not leave any personal items behind • Please sweep or vacuum any excess sand or crumbs left behind • Check out is no later than 10:00 am (any late check out needs to be approved by owner)
