House Rules PLEASE NOTE: Any damage to the unit or not following the house rules will result in a loss of your security deposit. This is a NO SMOKING Unit No grilling or open flame allowed on balconies, walkways or in the parking lot. When using the BBQ area and clean up any charcoal and debris after use. Please use caution when entering and exiting parking area; do not speed through these areas. No loud radios/music is to be played from cars parked in the lot, from units or in the pool area. Be respectful of rights of others for quiet and peaceful vacation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am. Smokers, please dispose of butts properly. No smoking on the pool deck or in unit. No oversized vehicles, RV’s, or work trailers are to be parked in the lot or under the building parking. Do not block vehicles unless you are with the same party of people. Do not block stairwells with vehicles. Spaces that are marked by cones are Reserved for Boardwalk owners and rental guests only. If the main lot is full there is additional parking across the street. Sea-N-Suds parking is across the street. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area. Keep your pool area tidy & trash free! Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. No glass containers allowed on the pool deck or around the pool. Do not hang towels, bathing suits, etc. over balcony railings Dispose of all trash in the garbage chutes located on the east end of the building on every floor.
