This is a NO SMOKING Unit CHECK OUT REQUIREMENTS Below is a list of check-out procedures that need to be followed in order to receive your security deposit back. • Take out all trash • Dishes : Please load the dishwasher and run the cycle before you leave, do not leave any dirty dishes • Empty all items from the refrigerator and all food from the pantry • Please leave used towels and bed linens on the bathroom floor • During your stay, if you need to launder towels or linens, please launder colored items separate from whites • Please do not leave any personal items behind • Please sweep or vacuum any excess sand or crumbs left behind • Check out is no later than 10:00
