Come visit and enjoy Oceanfront penthouse-views of the white sand beach and turquoise waves of the Gulf of Mexico. This corner condo is on the top floor and is one of the largest units in the complex; with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and gorgeous balcony view overlooking the gulf and beach. The bedrooms, living room and balcony all have great views of the ocean as well as the sand beaches. The condo can easily sleep 6 and lulls occupants to sleep with the relaxing sound of the ocean’s gentle waves.

The condo provides direct beach access-- a private path goes straight from the lobby to the beach. Occupants also have access to the complexes’ shaded patio with tables, chairs, wooden swings, the charcoal grills and the pool, so you can truly enjoy the outdoors. This property is located within the heart of the Gulf Shores and is within walking distance of multiple public beaches, the state park pier, the popular family club The Hangout (which features live music and activities for all ages), arcades, amusement parks, as well as many restaurants and shops.

The Gulf Shores has plenty of activities for everyone from ocean & beach activities, nearby amusement parks, dolphin and whale spotting tours. The beach features many opportunities to experience thrilling ocean activities such as hang gliding, scuba diving, and ect. There are many nature trails (for walking and biking) freshwater and saltwater (State Park Pier, beach or charters) fishing opportunities, beach volleyball set-ups, and more. There’s also a wonderful public zoo that allows animal encounters where you are able to pet and play with exotic animals such as kangaroos.

Guest has access to the Condo, all common areas of the complex and one parking pass ( second parking pass can be purchased during off-peak season)
